Special Statement
Issued: 7:57 AM CST Dec. 14, 2019 – National Weather Service

... Freezing drizzle and fog will result in hazardous travel...

Patchy freezing drizzle will result in scattered slippery spots
on area roads this morning. In addition, fog will reduce
visibility to as low as a mile at times. Locally hazardous travel
conditions can be expected.

Motorists are urged to slow down, allow extra time to reach their
destination, and maintain a safe distance from other vehicles.
Road conditions can quickly change over a short distance in
freezing drizzle, especially on untreated and elevated surfaces.
