The National Weather Service in Midland has issued a

* urban and small stream flood advisory for...
northern Andrews County in western Texas...
Gaines County in western Texas...
northern Martin County in western Texas...
southern Dawson County in western Texas...

* until 945 PM CDT.

* At 645 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Andrews, Seminole, Seagraves, Ackerly, Lenorah, Gaines County
Airport, Tarzan, Sparenberg, Florey, Patricia, McKenzie Lake,
Tenmile, Frankel City, Paynes Corner, Higginbotham, Gaines County
park, Klondike and Andrews County Airport.

This includes the following low water crossing locations rr 181
crossing Seminole Draw, rr 181 crossing Seminole Draw tributary, rr
1757 crossing Seminole Draw tributary, CR 26 crossing Sulphur Springs
Draw, rr 181 crossing Wardswell Draw, and Ave g crossing Wardswell
Draw tributary.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...
