* what... north winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph
expected.

* Where... inland Kenedy, inland Willacy and inland Cameron
counties.

* When... from 10 am this morning to 9 PM CST this evening.

* Impacts... gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result.

* Additional details... strong winds will develop behind a cold
front later this morning. Breezy conditions are expected to last
into the overnight hours. Winds may be strong enough to displace
trash cans, lawn furniture, and Holiday decorations.
Additionally, high profile vehicles will be vulnerable to cross
winds along the Interstate 2 corridor.
