... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 1 PM Monday to 1 PM EST
Tuesday...

* what... snow, then a wintry mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain
Monday evening will change to freezing rain. Total snow
accumulations of one to two inches and ice accumulations of one
tenth to two tenths of an inch.

* Where... in New Jersey, Sussex County. In Pennsylvania, Carbon
and Monroe counties.

* When... from 1 PM Monday to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* Impacts... plan on slippery Road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday afternoon commute and
Tuesday morning and afternoon commutes.

* Additional details... snow begins by Monday afternoon and will
continue into Monday evening. Snow will mix with sleet and
freezing rain late Monday evening, then changes to freezing rain
Monday night and continues through Tuesday. Freezing rain may
briefly change to snow before ending Tuesday night. Winds
gusting to 25 to 30 mph on Tuesday may result in minor tree
damage due to a potential buildup of ice.
