* until 115 PM CDT.

* At 1019 am CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to three inches of rain have already fallen is some of these
areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Madill, Tishomingo, Marietta, Kingston, Dickson, Mannsville, Ravia,
Wapanucka, Milburn, Bromide, Fillmore, Woodville, Reagan,
Connerville, Lebanon, Russett, Willis, Little City, Nida and Lake
Texoma.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots. Turn around, don't drown.
A flood advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
