... Rain changing to snow tonight...

Rain will continue to change over to snow across Ulster, Dutchess,
Columbia, Berkshire and Litchfield counties tonight. The
transition will first occur at higher elevations and then
gradually at lower elevations. Snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches
are expected into Wednesday morning, which could cause slippery
Road conditions. Drivers should use caution if traveling
overnight into early Wednesday morning.
