... Coastal flood advisory remains in effect from 7 am to 1 PM EST
Saturday...

* what... up to one foot of inundation above ground level
expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal
waterways.

* Where... in New Jersey, Atlantic coastal Cape May, coastal
Atlantic, Atlantic and Cape May. In Delaware, Delaware beaches
and inland Sussex.

* When... from 7 am to 1 PM EST Saturday.

* Impacts... in Sussex County Delaware, roadway flooding is
possible in Fenwick Island, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, Lewes,
Rehoboth Beach, and other locations along the ocean, the Bay,
and tidal tributaries. In Cape May County, minor roadway
flooding is possible in Wildwood, Cape May, Avalon, and other
locations along the shore and the Delaware Bay shoreline. In
Atlantic County, minor roadway flooding is possible in
Atlantic City, Absecon, Ventnor, and nearby communities.

* Additional details... heavy rain is possible, especially
overnight tonight into very early Saturday morning, which
could further exacerbate tidal flooding.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.
