* until 530 am CDT.

* At 232 am CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Tecumseh, Sterling, Johnson, Elk Creek and 8 miles south of
Johnson.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.

flood stage.
* Flood stage is 34.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to a stage of 35.7 feet
by Thursday morning.
