* Where... portions of central upper and western Upper Michigan.

* When... from 9 PM EST /8 PM CST/ this evening to noon EST /11
am CST/ Wednesday.

* Impacts... the cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* Additional details... wind chills will improve through late
morning Wednesday, but are expected to remain around 5 to 10
below zero throughout the day.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
