... Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 7 am CDT this
morning...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of south central Louisiana and southwest Louisiana,
including the following areas, in south central Louisiana,
Iberia, Lafayette, lower St. Martin, St. Mary, and upper St.
Martin. In southwest Louisiana, Acadia and Vermilion.

* Until 7 am CDT this morning

* additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches in a short period
of time is possible along the I-10 corridor to the coast.

* Heavy rainfall in a short period of time may overwhelm drainage
systems causing flooding of streets and low lying areas.
