The Flash Flood Watch is now in effect for

* portions of south central Louisiana and southwest Louisiana,
including the following areas, in south central Louisiana,
Iberia, Lafayette, lower St. Martin, St. Mary, and upper St.
Martin. In southwest Louisiana, Acadia, East Cameron,
Jefferson Davis, and Vermilion.

* Through Monday morning

* additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches with locally higher
amounts greater than 5 inches possible along the I-10 corridor
to the coast.

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
