... Light snow accumulations possible for elevations above 2500
feet today...

Rain will change to snow this morning across the higher elevations
of eastern Kentucky. Up to an inch of accumulation is expected,
before the snow tapers off during the afternoon. Brief times of
slick conditions could develop along portions of KY-179, KY-160,
KY-38 and US-119. Travelers are urged to use caution if driving
these routes this morning and into early afternoon.
