* Flood Warning for...
northwestern Madison County in central Indiana...
northeastern Hendricks County in central Indiana...
Boone County in central Indiana...
Hamilton County in central Indiana...
southeastern Tipton County in central Indiana...

* until 545 am EDT Monday.

* At 842 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain are moving over the warned area which will cause
flooding. This rain is falling on heavily saturated grounds which
will lead to easier flooding. Over an inch has fallen with an
additional one to two inches expected.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Carmel, Noblesville, Brownsburg, Lebanon, Zionsville, Elwood,
Westfield, Cicero, Pittsboro, Whitestown, Sheridan, Frankton,
Arcadia, Atlanta, advance, Orestes, Ulen and Morse Reservoir.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The Flood Warning continues for
the White River at Anderson.
* Until Thursday morning.
* At 4:30 PM Sunday the stage was 11.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... it will rise to near 12.3 feet by this evening then
begin falling. It will fall below flood stage Wednesday evening.
* At 12.0 feet... flooding of Irondale park, Madison Avenue Park,
Mounds State Park, and low agricultural land begins. Grand Avenue
east of Broadway street bridge is nearly impassable. City of
Anderson closes off Edgewater Park.

the Fall Creek near Fortville.
* Until further notice.
* At 4:45 PM Sunday the stage was 8.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... it will continue rising to near 9.0 feet by this evening
then begin falling.
* At 9.0 feet... Fall Creek at the edge of sr 238 at gaging site near
Fortville.
