... Elevated surf Wednesday into Thursday...

Northeasterly winds with gusts up to 45 mph are expected for St.
Lawrence Island and Diomede late Wednesday into early Thursday as
a strong low moves into Bristol Bay. These winds will cause
elevated surf for the north side of St Lawrence Island as well as
for Diomede.

Residents should move possessions well above the normal high tide
line in preparation for this event.
