... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 6 PM Monday to 1 PM EST
Tuesday...

* what... mixed wintry precipitation expected. Total snow and
sleet accumulations of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations of
one to two tenths of an inch. Localized snow and sleet
accumulations up to 4 inches are possible.

* Where... all of central and northern Vermont. Franklin, Essex,
and Clinton counties in northern New York.

* When... from 6 PM Monday to 1 PM EST Tuesday. Intermittent
periods of freezing rain will develop Monday evening, gradually
transitioning to steady sleet and snow during the pre-dawn hours
on Tuesday. Snow will be steadiest Tuesday morning, tapering off
to snow showers by early Tuesday afternoon.

* Impacts... plan on icy Road conditions beginning Monday evening.
Roads will likely be snow covered and icy for the Tuesday
morning commute with visibility below one mile in snow.

* Additional details... temperatures will generally range from the
upper 20s to lower 30s during the mixed precipitation event.
