... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 1 PM EST
Tuesday...

* what... mixed wintry precipitation expected. Total snow
accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations up to one
tenth of an inch.

* Where... Orange, Rutland, and Windsor counties in south-central
Vermont.

* When... from noon today to 1 PM EST Tuesday. Intermittent periods
of freezing drizzle are expected this afternoon, then a period
of freezing rain or sleet. A transition to a wintry mix or just
snow is expected during the pre-dawn hours on Tuesday.

* Impacts... plan on icy Road conditions. The hazardous conditions
could impact this evening's and Tuesday morning's commutes.

* Additional details... the freezing rain will create icy
conditions on untreated surfaces, especially into tonight.
Temperatures will generally be in the upper 20s to lower 30s
during the event.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Please allow extra
time if travel is necessary.
