The Flood Warning continues for
the James River near Forestburg.
* Until further notice.
* At 09am Thursday the stage was 16.00 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 12.00 feet.
* Forecast... the river will crest near 16.3 feet by Friday December
13 then begin falling.
* At stages near 16.0 feet... most of the flood plain is under water,
and the water reaches the bottom of the bridge on Highway 34.
