... Patchy freezing drizzle possible from mid morning to early
afternoon...
Light rain and drizzle will overspread northeast Pennsylvania and
Delaware and Sullivan counties in New York from mid morning to
early afternoon. Temperatures and Road surfaces likely will be
below freezing at the onset of the drizzle and light rain over the
highest elevations in northeast Pennsylvania and Delaware and
Sullivan counties in New York. This could lead to very slippery
Road conditions. Most areas will see just plain rain and drizzle
with no problems. If you are planning travel into the higher
elevations of northeast Pennsylvania and Delaware and Sullivan
counties in New York later this morning to the early afternoon be
aware that roads could become slippery. Use extreme caution if you
encounter icy roads.
