Special Statement
Issued: 2:02 AM EDT Oct. 21, 2019 – National Weather Service

... Patchy dense fog affecting the area tonight...

Satellite and surface observations show areas of river fog
expanding, limiting visibility across the Scioto and Ohio River
valleys. A dense fog advisory may be needed if conditions worsen.

Motorists should exercise extra caution. Visibility may change
quickly along your Route. Only use low beam headlights and allow a
little extra time to reach your destination.
