* Where... the greater capital district, the Mid-Hudson valley,
the Mohawk and Schoharie valley, the Taconics, eastern
Catskills, the Lake George Saratoga region, the Berkshires of
western Massachusetts, and southern Vermont.

* When... until 9 am EDT this morning.

* Impacts... hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility,
especially in valley areas, through the morning commute.

* Additional details... be prepared for rapid changes in
visibilities and allow extra time to arrive at your
destination.

Patchy dense fog will continue to develop overnight, reducing
visibilities to under one half of a mile at times. The patchy
dense fog will likely persist through the Monday morning commute.

Motorists overnight and during the Monday morning commute should
be prepared to encounter reduced visibilities at times. Use low
beam headlights, and ensure extra braking distance between
vehicles.
