Rain will change to snow early Wednesday morning. Slick spots may
develop on area roads as temperatures drop into the upper 20s and
lower 30s through day break. Use extra caution if traveling and
be prepared for slippery Road conditions and reduced visibilities.
The snow should taper off by between 6 and 8 am.
