The Flood Warning continues for...
* ... West Fargo diversion... on the Sheyenne river.
* Until late Friday night... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8:15 am Thursday the stage was 18.1 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and during the next 7 days... minor
flooding is forecast.
* Minor flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will fall below flood stage Thursday evening.
* Stages appear elevated due to ice clogging channel.
Warmer temperatures to come may result in some movement of ice
within the system. Fluctuations of 1 to 3 feet are possible.
* Impact statement(s) - at 18.0 feet, minor flood. Agricultural damage
begins.
