... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 4 am Tuesday to
7 am EST Wednesday...

* what... snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to two
inches in the valleys and lower ridges, but up to 4 inches on
the high ridgetops. Winds will gust as high as 40 mph. Wind
chills will fall below zero at higher elevations.

* Where... the mountains of western North Carolina.

* When... from 4 am Tuesday to 7 am EST Wednesday.

* Impacts... plan on slippery Road conditions developing by late
Tuesday morning, and possibly lasting into Wednesday morning
in some areas. The hazardous conditions could impact the
morning and evening commutes.
