* coastal flooding... tides will be running 1 to 1.5 feet above
normal resulting in minor coastal flooding in some areas,
especially during the astronomical high tide cycle this
morning.

* Timing... through today.

* Impacts... minor inundation of low lying areas around tidal
lakes, bays, and the lower reaches of rivers and bayous. A few
mainly secondary roadways could become covered in water.
