upper 90s to around 100... and relative humidities in the 40s and
50s.

Saturday evening.

* Impacts... heat related illnesses due to the prolonged period

very Young and animals. You should be prepared for dangerous

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

An excessive heat warning means that a prolonged period of
dangerously hot temperatures will occur. The combination of heat
and humidity will create a dangerous situation where heat
illnesses are likely. Drink plenty of fluids and stay in an air
conditioned room. Stay out of the sun and check up on relatives
and neighbors. Watch your pets! Temperatures within vehicles can
become lethal in only a few minutes. Never leave children or pets
in vehicles for any duration! Remember to beat the heat, check the
backseat and to "look before you lock".
