Issued: 10:20 PM EDT Jun. 16, 2019 – National Weather Service

... A Flood Warning remains in effect until 545 am EDT Monday for
northwestern Madison... northeastern Hendricks... Boone... Hamilton and
southeastern Tipton counties...

At 1019 PM EDT, emergency management reported slow moving
thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall have caused flooding across
the warned area. Fairly widespread flooding is currently ongoing in
Noblesville with standing water on numerous roads.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Carmel, Noblesville, Brownsburg, Lebanon, Zionsville, Elwood,
Westfield, Cicero, Pittsboro, Whitestown, Sheridan, Frankton,
Arcadia, Atlanta, advance, Orestes, Ulen and Morse Reservoir.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
