Shallow fog has started to develop across portions of eastern
Iowa, northwest Illinois, and northeast Missouri. The fog could
become locally dense. If traveling, be prepared for abrupt
changes in visibility due to patchy dense fog, especially in low-
lying or flat areas. The fog is forecast to become more widespread
late tonight into early Wednesday morning.
