late Wednesday night...

* Impacts... power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
ice. Travel could be extremely hazardous. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday evening or Thursday
morning commute.

* Additional details... freezing rain could briefly change over to
snow at times.
