South winds to 30 knots becoming gales to 35 knots toward daybreak. Partly cloudy with a chance of rain showers. Waves 7 to 10 feet building to 8 to 12 feet toward daybreak.
Tuesday
Southwest gales to 35 knots. Rain showers likely. Waves 11 to 15 feet.
Tuesday Night
West gales to 35 knots decreasing to 30 knots after midnight. Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain showers. Waves 9 to 13 feet.
Wednesday
West winds to 30 knots. Partly sunny with a slight chance of rain showers. Waves 6 to 8 feet.

EDT Wednesday...

* winds... increasing to southeast gales of 35 to 40 knots this
morning shifting to the southwest this evening. Southwest gales
of 35 to 40 knots will then continue tonight, Tuesday and
Tuesday night.

* Waves... building to 3 to 6 feet this afternoon, building further to
6 to 10 feet tonight. Waves will peak on Tuesday in the 10 to
14 foot range. Waves will only slowly subside Tuesday night into
Wednesday.


Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
Harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.
