Northwest wind 15 to 25 knots becoming 15 to 20 knots early in the morning. Gusts up to 30 knots. Slight chance of drizzle, light freezing drizzle and snow through around midnight. Waves 3 to 4 feet.

Northwest wind 15 to 20 knots backing west late in the afternoon. Mostly sunny. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 2 feet in the afternoon.

* what... for the dense fog advisory, dense fog will reduce
visibility to less than one mile. For the Small Craft
Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt
expected.

* Where... Sheboygan to Port Washington WI, Port Washington to
North Point light WI, North Point light to Wind Point WI and
Wind Point WI to Winthrop Harbor IL.

* When... for the dense fog advisory, until noon CST today. For
the Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 6 am CST
Tuesday.

* Impacts... conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
