northern Hall County in south central Nebraska...

* until 845 am CDT.

* At 633 am CDT, Doppler radar estimates that thunderstorms produced
heavy rainfall of 1 to 3 inches overnight. Runoff from the heavy
rain and additional rainfall today will cause minor flooding in
the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lexington, Cozad, Gothenburg, St. Paul, Ravenna, Loup City, Cairo,
Overton, Pleasanton, Dannebrog, Litchfield, Amherst, Sumner,
Ashton, Miller, Farwell, Rockville, Eddyville, hazard and Willow
Island.
