... Storms to start moving into southern lower...

A line of thunderstorms over Lake Michigan extends from mid-Lake West
of Muskegon, to near Chicago at 530 PM EDT. The line will continue
to move to the east at around 40 mph.

These storms are not severe at this time, with winds likely up to 40
mph. The storms are expected to remain limited in strength as they
move onshore through 7 PM this evening. As they move inland, they do
have the potential to strengthen. Winds will be the main threat,
with small hail possible, and brief locally heavy downpours.
