* Where... Phillips, valley, Petroleum, and Garfield counties.

* When... until 10 am MST Thursday.

* Impacts... hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

* Additional details... the areas that will have the lowest
visibilities will be in valley locations near the milk and
Missouri rivers. This will impact travel along U S highways 2
and 191, and Montana Highway 200.
