... High wind watch in effect from Saturday afternoon through
Sunday evening...

The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a high wind
watch, which is in effect from Saturday afternoon through Sunday
evening.

* Timing... Saturday evening through early Monday morning.

* Winds... west winds sustained 35 to 45 mph with gusts of 60 to 65
mph possible.

* Impacts... mainly to transportation. Strong Crosswinds will
create a high blowover risk for light and high profile vehicles
including trailers, campers, and trucks along I-80. Use caution
and plan for delays or closures.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A high wind watch means there is the potential for a hazardous
high wind event. Sustained winds of at least 40 mph... or gusts of
58 mph or stronger may occur. Continue to monitor the latest
forecasts.
