to 6 in the lower elevations, and 6 to 10 inches in the
mountains. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.

* When... from late Monday morning through late Monday night.

* Additional details... travel could become quite difficult Monday
afternoon into Monday night. Localized whiteout conditions could
occur in rural areas.
