skin. Expect wind chills to range from 30 above zero to 25

evening...

* coastal flooding... wave run-up may approach and potentially
reach dunes along narrow, northern Laguna Madre beaches.
Elevated water levels will be likely across the Laguna Madre
and the northern sections of Padre Island.

* Timing... peak run up will occur around highs.

* Impacts... beach equipment, such as umbrellas and chairs, could
be moved by waves. Vehicles driving along narrow beaches may
experience problems with higher water levels.
