... High wind watch remains in effect from late tonight through
Thursday afternoon...

* timing... midnight tonight through late Thursday afternoon.

* Winds... north winds of 40 to 45 mph with gusts to 60 mph.

* Impacts... strong Crosswinds are expected on east-west oriented
roads which will make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Blowing dust could reduce visibility downwind
of open fields and construction zones. Additionally, wind gusts
up to 60 mph could produce damage to trees and structures.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A high wind watch means there is the potential for a hazardous
high wind event. Sustained winds of at least 40 mph, or gusts of
58 mph or more may occur. Continue to monitor the latest
forecasts.
