* what... snow. Snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches. Winds gusting
as high as 35 mph will accompany the snow, creating low
visibility at times.
* Where... portions of southeast Ohio, northeast Kentucky and
central, northern, and western West Virginia.
* When... this morning, the worst conditions early this morning.
* Additional details... roads will quickly become treacherous, as
temperatures plummet well into the 20s early this morning, and
ice accumulations of a glaze expected. Gusty winds 30 to 35 mph
will accompany the snow, creating for low visibility at times.
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
