accumulations of up to one inch are expected. Total snow
accumulations between 2 and 3 inches are expected mainly in the
northern half of Marlboro and Robeson counties.

* Where... in South Carolina, Marlboro County. In North Carolina,
Robeson County.

* When... until 1 am EST Thursday.

* Additional details... be prepared for significant reductions in
visibility at times.

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather

during the pre-dawn hours of Thursday, leading to slippery spots
on area roadways early in the morning.

Despite the cold, morning sunshine will help melt the snow and
ice on the roads, by mid to late morning Thursday.

Please consider delaying your early morning commute if possible.
