... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 11 am CST this
morning...

* what... heavy snow occurring. Plan on difficult travel
conditions, including during the morning commute. Additional
snow accumulations of up to one inch are expected. Lowest wind
chill readings minus 10 to minus 15.

* Where... Caldwell, Webster, Hopkins, Daviess, and McLean County.

* When... for the Winter Storm Warning, until 9 am this morning.
For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 11 am this morning.

* Additional details... be prepared for significant reductions in
visibility at times. The cold wind chills will cause frostbite
in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions are occurring. If you must travel, keep an extra
flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an
emergency. The latest Road conditions for the state you are
calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
