... Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 10 am CDT this
morning...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of east central Kansas and northeast Kansas,
including the following areas, in east central Kansas,
Douglas, Franklin, Osage, Shawnee, and Wabaunsee. In northeast
Kansas, Brown, Jackson, Jefferson, Marshall, Nemaha,
Pottawatomie, and Riley.

* Until 10 am CDT this morning

* thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall continue across portions
of the area this morning. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 4 inches have
fallen across the area in addition to what has previously
fallen. Flash flood warnings are still ongoing at this time over
portions of the area.

to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
