... Cold air and low wind chills tonight into Monday morning...

Temperatures will drop into the single digits above and below zero
over central Illinois tonight. These temperatures combined with
north winds around 5 mph, will produce wind chills as low as 15
below zero over much of the area.

If you will be venturing outdoors overnight into Monday morning,
be sure to dress in several warm layers, covering as much exposed
skin as possible. Also, be sure to wear a hat and gloves.
