... Very patchy dense fog developing...

Fog has developed in areas where there is little cloud cover. For
the most part, visibility is ranging between one and four miles in
fog. However, reports of very patchy dense fog in low lying areas
are coming in. Visibility in the low lying areas that are
experiencing the dense fog are as low as a quarter mile. If you
are traveling this morning be prepared for brief and unexpected
reduction in visibility to a quarter mile. Slow down in these
areas and be prepared to stop. Allow extra space between vehicles,
especially if you are entering lower lying areas. The fog is
expected to lift fairly quickly this morning and should be gone by
8 am.
