* what... snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2
to 5 inches, with localized amounts up to 8 inches, are
expected.

* Where... upper Rio Grande Valley/eastern San Juan Mountains
below 10000 feet.

* When... until 8 am MST Tuesday.

* Additional details... plan on slick and snow packed Road
conditions. In addition, areas of poor visibility are likely.
Winds gusting as high as 55 mph will cause areas of blowing and
drifting snow.
