Freeze Warning, Frost Advisory

... Freeze warning remains in effect from 10 PM this evening to
9 am PST Tuesday...
... Frost advisory remains in effect from 10 PM Tuesday to 8 am
PST Wednesday...

* temperature... falling into the upper 20s to mid 30s tonight into
Tuesday morning... and into the 30s tonight into Wednesday
morning.

* Duration... several hours of temperatures sufficient for frost
each night with 4 to 6 hours of near or below freezing
conditions.

* Location... coldest temperatures in low-lying, wind-sheltered
areas... especially in southern and eastern portions of the
inland Empire.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.

A frost advisory means that widespread frost is expected.
Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
