... Wind Chill Advisory now in effect until noon CST today...

* what... very cold wind chills expected. The cold wind chills will
cause frostbite to exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Expect wind chills to range from 5 above zero to 5 below zero.

* Where... portions of north Mississippi, west Tennessee and east
Arkansas.

* When... until noon CST today.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frostbite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.

... Hazardous Road conditions expected to persist into Wednesday...

Arctic air will remain in place across the mid-south into
Wednesday. Any precipitation remaining on surfaces is expected to
re-freeze and will cause hazardous Road conditions into Wednesday,
especially on untreated surfaces. Exercise caution when walking
or driving through Wednesday.
