morning...
... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until noon CST today...

* what... heavy snow occurring. Plan on difficult travel
conditions, including during the morning commute today. Total
snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches, with localized higher
amounts, are expected.

* Where... portions of east Arkansas, southeast Missouri and west
Tennessee.

* When... for the Winter Storm Warning, until noon today. For the
Wind Chill Advisory, until noon today.

* Additional details... be prepared for significant reductions in
visibility at times. The cold wind chills will cause frostbite
in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions are occurring. If you must travel, keep an extra
flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an
emergency. The latest Road conditions for the state you are
calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
