* winds... south wind 20 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt tonight, becoming
northwest early Tuesday morning. Isolated gusts of 35 kt
possible beyond 30nm on Tuesday.

* Seas... 10 to 12 feet through Tuesday. Seas building to 12 to 14
ft Tuesday night in the outer waters.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

This Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to
33 knots are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to
small craft. Waves are also expected to be hazardous to small
craft. Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
