Tonight
North tropical storm force wind 40 to 55 kt with gusts to 65 kt becoming west after midnight, except for typhoon force winds in far northeastern Saipan waters. Combined seas 14 to 16 ft building to 22 to 24 ft. Heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms.
Tuesday
Southwest wind 25 to 35 kt with gusts to 45 kt in the morning, decreasing to 15 to 20 kt in the afternoon. Wind waves 5 to 8 ft. Northwest swell 12 to 14 ft decreasing to between 8 and 10 ft in the afternoon. Numerous showers and isolated thunderstorms early, diminishing through the day.

South wind 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 2 to 3 ft. Northwest swell 5 to 7 ft.
Wednesday
Southeast wind 5 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Northwest swell 3 to 5 ft.
Wednesday Night
East wind 5 to 15 kt. Wind waves 1 to 3 ft. East swell 3 to 5 ft.
Thursday
East wind 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 2 to 3 ft. Northeast swell 3 to 5 ft. Isolated thunderstorms.
Friday
East wind 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 2 to 3 ft. Northeast swell 4 to 6 ft. Isolated thunderstorms.
Saturday
East wind 5 to 15 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Northeast swell 4 to 6 ft. Isolated thunderstorms.

... Small Craft Advisory remains in effect until 6 am Wednesday...

* winds... east winds of 15 to 25 knots with occasional gusts to 35
knots are expected the next several days.

* Waves/seas... combined seas of 8 to 10 feet will build further to
between 10 and 12 feet Saturday night. Seas could rise higher next
week.

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 22 to 33 knots are
expected to produce wave conditions hazardous to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners... especially those operating smaller vessels...
