A slight chance of rain showers possibly mixed with snow showers in the evening, then a chance of rain showers and snow showers after midnight. A slight chance of rain showers and snow showers late. Waves subsiding to 1 to 2 feet, then building to 2 to 3 feet.

Southwest wind 15 to 20 knots veering west 10 to 20 knots late. Partly cloudy through mid afternoon then becoming cloudy. A chance of rain showers possibly mixed with snow showers in the morning, then rain showers likely in the afternoon. Waves subsiding to 1 to 2 feet.

* Timing... the maximum winds are expected around 7 PM EDT Monday
with the largest waves expected around 8 PM EDT Monday.
